I've bought ribbons twice with my B of A Visa card from the US, so I think it depends on who issues the card. Some companies are concerned with fraud so they don't let foreign transactions go through.
My suggestion is if someone is having that trouble they contact their credit card company to let them know the transaction is good.
I have heard a different reason why the older Shop items are sellable. That there was a flaw in the script that allows a person to sell them even though they agreed at the time of buying not to (same pop-up). The programers were able to change the script for items after Halloween so all newer items are disabled from being sold.
A good way to tell head pieces and hats from other items is that most are on "fake heads". Although the bows aren't. You might want to add an example of that to your very thorough post here.

My friend has a huge problem right now, when she wanted to save her dress up, an error occured, saying "option can not be saved, please try again" and immediately afterwards her skin colour, hair cut and hair colour was changed and of course she lost all the ribbons, even though she only changed the clothes before. Strangely enough there isn't even a screen cap, the last one is from the day before. Have you heard of this before? I decided to delete my account (got banned, got all of my poupee clothes deleted :\) and create a new one.
I deleted the account yesterday, but all of my pictures still appear in the listings of the different brands! T__T how long does it take for those clothes/pictures to disappear? or are they're never gonna get deleted?
If you still have a way of accessing your old account, I'd suggest that you delete each picture separately before really deleting your account. This way everything will be deleted from poupee's hisory. When you just delete your acc, yous data is still there. That's what it's been discussed before ^^
Honey, I have a question and it's kinda funny 'coz I thought this wouldn't be a problem, since it's considered skin care either way, but it's not listed. So, I have 2 bottles of deodorant posted in my closet, listed under Makeup > Others. Are they legal or should I maybe replace them or change the category to Makeup > Frangance perhaps?
I have a question. Is there anyway to make sure that you don't get your account frozen for having a sibling that also uses Poupee? We have the same IP address, but I don't want to get my account frozen just because my sister also has an account. Basically I should stay away from having any transactions with my sister's poupee?
