Sorry! You can't dress up anymore.

I realized I wanted to change my wallpaper, but when I went clicked on the wallpaper, I got the message "Sorry! You can't dress up anymore."
I'm getting the same message no matter what dress up item I click on, but I haven't gotten an email saying that I'm suspended or anything.

Anyone know what's up with this?
